HOW TO BOOK
Advance tickets for all events are available from the Worcester Live Box Office, situated at Huntingdon Hall in Crowngate Shopping Centre from 10am - 5pm, Monday to Saturday and 10am – 4pm on the three Sunday’s during the Worcester Festival.
The Box Office at the Swan Theatre is only open 45 minutes before each performance and tickets can only be purchased for that event.
Tickets may be available on the door of the relevant venue immediately before the start of each event. |

BY TELEPHONE: On 01905 611427. Tickets can also be held on reservation for up to 4 working days but must be paid for, in full, 4 days prior to the performance. Worcester Live reserves the right to release tickets for sale that are not paid for within these time limits.
IN PERSON: The Worcester Live Box Office is situated at Huntingdon Hall in Crowngate Shopping Centre (see map for details).
ONLINE: You can now book for a wide range of events at the Swan Theatre and Huntingdon Hall online at www.ticketweb.co.uk. Please note additional booking and postage charges may apply.
POST: Write to Worcester Live Box Office, Huntingdon Hall, Crowngate, Worcester WR1 3LD. Please enclose a cheque for the correct amount (payable to 'Worcester Live Ltd') and a stamped addressed envelope for us to send you the tickets.
PAYMENT: We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payment can also be made by cheque, payable to 'Worcester Live Ltd'.
BOOKING FEE: Please note that for all transactions for tickets over £5, other than those in person, a £1.50 booking fee will be charged. Tickets will be automatically posted out unless the event falls within a week when they will be kept at the Box Office for collection.
TICKET EXCHANGE AND REFUNDS: It is not possible to give refunds on ticket sales. Ticket exchanges are at the discretion of the Management. There is an administration charge of £1 per ticket exchanged.
CONCESSIONS: Where available, discounts apply to retired over 60s, students, children under 16, groups, people with disabilities and the unwaged. Eligibility for concessions should be advised at time of booking and proof may be required.
FAMILY CONCERTS: For every full price adult ticket, one free children’s ticket (5-16 rys) will be allocated.
ACCESS FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES: There are a limited number of wheelchair spaces available at both Huntingdon Hall and the Swan Theatre. Should you need the service of a companion, their ticket is complimentary. Front of House facilities at both venues are fully accessible for wheelchairs. Huntingdon Hall has an induction loop system that works in conjuction with hearing aids switched to the position ‘T’. The Swan Theatre has an infrared hearing assistance system. Sepearate receiving equipment is available free of charge from the Front of House staff. If you have any queries please feel free to contact the Front of House staff.
GROUP BOOKINGS: With every 10 tickets purchased the 11th is free. Where there is a mixture of full price and concessionary tickets in a party , the free tickets will be allocated ot the cheapest ticket purchased. This discount may not be available for private hirer event.
